Order and delivery

You can order ice from Icelander (via an online form, via mail or by phone) and have it delivered in all kinds of different shapes and sizes. Icelander supplies ice to both individuals and enterprises, but also to retailers and wholesalers, hospitality and catering and numerous other industries both in Belgium and abroad.

Icelander offers you the option of ordering your ice online or request an informal offer via this form, where you can choose to have the ice delivered or to pick it up yourself. Orders of 10kg or more (or €25 or more) are delivered for free in the region of Ghent. Transportation costs for deliveries outside of Ghent depend on the volume and frequency of the order. You can always collect your order by appointment or at one of our distribution points.

The ice is delivered in sturdy ice bags and, if requested, insulated boxes, which keep the ice refrigerated for at least 48 hours.
